Therapeutic Approaches

I believe in tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs. Therefore, I use an integrative approach, drawing primarily on Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) to create a comprehensive and effective treatment plan that supports lasting change and growth.
