I believe in tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs. Therefore, I use an integrative approach, drawing from several theories, philosophies, and modalities including, but not limited to, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Client-centered approaches to create a comprehensive and effective treatment plan that promotes lasting change and growth.
